Refund policy
At Gemanifest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item, in alignment with our main Return & Refund Policy.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, including any tags
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Certain items like used crystals, personalized products, or sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and energy-cleansing reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or full resolution.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items. If you'd like a different product, please place a new order after your return is processed.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EU are entitled to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow your bank additional time to complete the refund process
