At Gemanifest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any tags or accessories.
- A valid order number and a brief reason for the return must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email our support team at manifest@gemanifest.com.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
- Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you need to exchange a product such as a candle, crystal, or jewelry item:
- Email us at manifest@gemanifest.com with your order number and supporting images, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and energy-cleansing standards, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used candles or crystals
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items purchased during promotions or sales
