At Our Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags). Please include your order number and a detailed explanation for the return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at gemanifest@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
