The User is responsible for any taxes or other government charges related to the sale, use, or delivery of the merchandise or services, including but not limited to sales tax, use tax, retailer's occupational tax, and value-added tax. Gemanifest shall automatically charge the User's credit card and withhold the applicable tax for Orders to be delivered to addresses in any states, localities, or other jurisdictions that Gemanifest deems necessary.
