Order Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you believe an order was placed in error or have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us at manifest@gemanifest.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification will be possible, our team will review your request and assist you where reasonably possible.

Important Note

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it is not eligible for cancellation. If your order is eligible for a return after delivery, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for applicable conditions and timelines.
